Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Easy to download and use. No major steps or implementation process for non tech savvy people.
We are a SaaS company in 15+ countries, and our office is only in India. We provide demos, training, and issue solving remotely with the help of TeamViewer. It is very difficult to go to every user's place and attend to queries or give a demo/training. For all these problems, we use TeamViewer as a one-stop solution where we can share and access the screens of users and give them the demo and training. Our after sales is always awarded and main helping hand for this is TeamViewer. Using TeamViewer saves our time, money, traveling efforts and international reach.

Within 1 day itself, we started seeing the economic benefits of TeamViewer. We already knew what solution we needed, and TeamViewer fulfilled all the requirements.
1. AnyDesk stops working in between. And not many users use AnyDesk. It has a complex permission section where users are not able to give remote permissions easily, which consumes time.
2. Zoom Meetings is slow in remote access response and it's time bounded when it comes to a session of more than 45 mins.

We were using Zoom meetings for training, but in Zoom meetings, the response to remote access is very slow. And the meeting lasts only for 45 minutes maximum. While using TeamViewer, there is a quick response to remote access. And there is no limit for connection. That made our training very easy and quicker.
