Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Tovuti LMS is used by Nisum for training employees who are newly onboarded. Courses are related to onboarding, data security, Prevention of Harassment - Non-state specific, etc. For the moment, the coursework is appropriate, and the portal is fantastic. The resources, citations, and glossary are mentioned clearly. I was able to navigate to the resources I wanted to view later multiple times. As a user, I would recommend Tovuti LMS to any organization that is thinking of standard training procedures. Thanks.

Pros and Cons

The resources, citations and glossary are mentioned clearly.
I can view resources even after I have completed training to refresh my memory.
Filtering the courses based on personal requirements is easy.

The viewing area is a little small, and we have to keep scrolling sideways and up-down. It kind of gets irritating if we have to complete multiple courses.

Return on Investment

We were able to complete all training in the stipulated time interval because of the ease of use of Tovuti LMS.

Usability

The tool/portal overall is easy to use. The courses are well organized and well structured, with proper citations and resources. I like that feature, along with the checklist, that gives every user the certificate and course progress. However, I did not understand what the leaderboard signifies, and I think that is not very important.

I like the portal, and I recommend it to any organization that wants to set up training for their employees. The resources, citations, and glossary are mentioned clearly. I was able to navigate to the resources multiple times when I wanted to refresh my memory and remember what I learned.
