Overall Satisfaction with Trello

Trello is used by our organization in multiple ways. We use it to track bugs and feature requests for our development team, we use it to track requests directly from clients and we use it as our project management software. We were constantly storing information in multiple places like sticky notes, note pads, staff meeting minutes, etc. Things were falling through the cracks and getting lost. Trello solved this issue for us and keeps us all on the same page for many different balls we're constantly juggling.
  • Trello is very easy to use. Someone with no computer skills can easily use it.
  • Trello is very affordable and they even offer a free option.
  • Trello is easy to customize and make it work for your processes and work flow.
  • I'd love to see the ability to pin the cards anywhere within the workspace.
  • I wish there was a way to delete, instead of only an option to archive.
  • I wish there were a few more color options for the boards.
  • Reduced stress and headache for managing projects in multiple platforms.
  • Trello has kept us organized and therefore more productive.
  • Proven to save time and therefore money - across multiple departments.
Trello is seriously one of the easiest programs to use. Creating boards and cards is so easy that my non-tech-savvy parents could do it. Moving items from one board to another is simply a drag and drop process. If there were a rating higher than 10, for usability, I would rate it higher because it's literally that easy to use.
I am going to have to rate their support as high as possible as well because I've actually never had to use their support which means they likely have documented, resolved, and well-implemented changes for any of the issues other users may have had to contact their support team for. If anything, this says their support team relays issues to their development team. I personally have never had any issues or snags that resulted in me needing to contact them.
We compared a few other project management programs and Trello was by far the easiest and most affordable to use. The fact that is is straight forward and simply made it even more compelling as we knew there wouldn't be a huge learning curve with our staff, while other platforms would require time for one-on-one training.
Trello is really perfect for businesses both big and small that need to track the processes or stages of anything. It's an excellent project management program and is also a great place to dump and share ideas and to collaborate on events. Trello is not well suited for people who prefer to use paper.
