Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Trello a lot. It's simple but very useful. All members of our team use the Trello actively, every day. It's definitely on the list of most useful tools in our company. We use it across the whole organization to navigate tasks inside teams, as well as across different teams and departments.

Pros and Cons

Pros

User interface is wonderful: simple, clean and fun
Communication between teams is easy
Very fast and easy switch between projects and tasks

Cons

Security has always have a room for improvement.
Free Gantt chart would be great to have.

Trello helps us to reach our goals faster

Usability

As I wrote before, I like Trello a lot and it is one of the most useful tools for me personally and for our company as well. I can not imagine my life and my workdays without Trello.

Support Rating

Support is good, but sometimes a bit slow to reply.

Alternatives Considered

Asana

We still use both of them, they both are good in different ways. Trello is great for everyday use for any tasks and projects, Asana is mostly used to manage big and more complex projects.

Likelihood to Recommend

Trello is a great product to use for both professional and personal purposes. I use it for my personal tasks, as well as for my professional tasks. It is very easy to navigate between different boards and cards. I would say that Trello is a great, usable tool for any company and any person!
