Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our Client Service Specialist is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and friendly.

Their consulting on HR compliance and employment information is extremely helpful for our small company.
We utilize TriNet for our Payroll and HR.
  • Makes payroll much easier.
  • Handles all payroll taxes.
  • Manages benefits.
  • Creates and sends out employees W-2s.
  • As an administrator, I don't have access to all of my employees information, sometimes this makes it difficult to help the employees.
  • As an administrator, I don't receive copies of the employee W-2s. Auditor and/or tax preparers always ask for them.
  • Report functions are sometimes difficult to use.

TriNet is a little more expensive, but is more comprehensive.
Well suited for a smaller company that wants to make sure that HR and payroll is taken care of properly. The cost ratio per employee can be too expensive for many small companies, though.
