Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Our entire organization uses TriNet as our HR function. We use Time and MarketPlace. We have also implemented TriNet in a client's organization as well. TriNEt allows us to offer a full range of benefits to our employees. We have less than 10 and it is the most cost-effective way to do so.
- Offers a good range of benefits both company paid and supplemental that as a small company, we could not offer otherwise.
- We have had a good experience with our client service representatives in addressing problems and finding solutions that work.
- The website's user interface is well laid out and is easy to use!
- Absolutely love the PTO integration with payroll!
- Have not figured out how to create custom reports.

TriNet offered better benefits and did not require a minimum participation in the benefits.
