TriNet needs a lot of improvement to keep customers
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use trinet for PTO tracking, Payroll, and our health benefits.
Pros
- There is nothing TriNet does well.
Cons
- PTO can't be more than 8 hour increments.
- Poor customer service.
- Bad usability.
- Forces customers to June or January FYs.
- Not up to date on State tax and SUTA payments.
- Bad reporting.
- Paying the taxes is helpful.
- State registration is helpful.
- Negative - had to re-do a lot of our policies to "fit" the platform.
I found that there were few enterprise platforms, so selected trinet, but i'm currently looking for a replacement.
