Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Sometimes on rare occasions the team has been helpful, but often it's very hard to get a good quick answer.
We use trinet for PTO tracking, Payroll, and our health benefits.

Pros

  • There is nothing TriNet does well.

Cons

  • PTO can't be more than 8 hour increments.
  • Poor customer service.
  • Bad usability.
  • Forces customers to June or January FYs.
  • Not up to date on State tax and SUTA payments.
  • Bad reporting.
  • Paying the taxes is helpful.
  • State registration is helpful.
  • Negative - had to re-do a lot of our policies to "fit" the platform.
I found that there were few enterprise platforms, so selected trinet, but i'm currently looking for a replacement.
I can't think of anything good except that the health insurance prices are a bit less.
