Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

If I ever had a problem or needed to be talked through something, Trinet was a quick easy phone call away.
Across the entire organization for payroll, benefits, time off, etc.

Pros

  • Customer support is good. they pick up the phone and respond to emails generally quickly.
  • Trinet covers a lot of areas that you don't stop to think about -- COBRA admin, various insurances, etc.

Cons

  • The website is absolutely horrible. outdated, old, and impossible to navigate.
  • Way too expensive.
I'm switching from Trinet to Justworks. JW is cheaper and easier to use. It has less HR/Compliance than Trinet, but the first two are higher priority for me.
I think there is competition out there that is cheaper, and offers a better user experience. Only go for Trinet if you require the HR support.
