Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I really like my consultant Kelly at TriNet. She always promptly replies to my emails and provides me with [concrete] suggestions on how to deal with different issues. Impressive!
We switched to TriNet at beginning of year 2017 and it has been an amazing experience for us. As our business grew, we needed more affordable but also relatively good health insurance plans that could meet the diverse requirements of our employees. Also, our HR consultant at TriNet always replies to my concerns and questions promptly and provides me with specific and easy to follow step by step instructions. Now I don't have to worry about any kind of compliance issues anymore and I can always check with my personal HR at TriNet!

Pros

  • HR consultant is extremely helpful and makes sure that we are meeting all compliance and deals with employee issues properly.

Cons

  • Is it possible to have TrINet HR expert to directly communicate with employees about termination or company policies?
  • Employees are all very happy with the transparency and the diverse health insurance plans that they can choose from.
  • Employees can easily access their own pay statements.
  • Help management and employees keep good records of paid vacation and sick leaves.
TriNet definitely has stronger sales representatives! Also, TriNet's health insurance plans are unbeatable!
I think TriNet is particularly good for a company that is up and coming, where the management wants to direct most of its energy towards running the business, not dealing with HR issues, but also cannot afford an in-house HR just yet.
