Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Customer service is helpful and always has an answer to my questions when it can't be found on the website.
We are using TriNet across the whole organization. While we are a small consulting service organization, our employees are in multiple states. TriNet helps us stay compliant in all states and allows us to meet or exceed our Vendor Managed Relationship requirements.

  • Help keep healthcare benefits downs and allows our employees to have better options.
  • Payroll can be done at any locations.
  • This is more of an ala-carte type service company compared to other PEOs. TriNet offers the basic services and additional enhance services to help the operation of the organization.
  • Online Certificate of Insurance Requests.
  • Easy form lookups.
  • Better and faster site performance (example - pulling payroll reports).
  • Email or text alerts for new hires to alert them as to where they can get their paystub information.
  • Employee stratification for service and benefits.
  • One stop health benefits solutions for all employee at all locations. No more multiple plans and enrollment requirements. This saves time and money.
  • Onboarding is more efficient and secure, especially for the remote type of companies.
Insperity - is the Cadillac of service; however, you never really know how mush the admin cost is per employee. Much more customizable for healthcare benefits (50% paid by employee vs. mandatory 80% paid by the employer with TriNet).
TriNet is ideal for companies that are small to mid size with fluctuating head count. They allow a company to have a fortune 500-1000 company benefit offering while still having a small to mid-size company feel.
