Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I always get a timely response from the representatives that I work with at TriNet. They have answered my call and personally helped me even during off hours and weekends. They go above and beyond to not only help me work through the current situation but to also educate me and my team so that we are better equipped to handle future situations.
While TriNet is fairly easy to navigate, I have experienced technical difficulties with the site being unresponsive. Additionally, sometimes reports have problems processing.
Trinet is our PEO and is used by every employee in the company. Employees use TriNet to make their healthcare selections, view earnings statements, log personal data, and track all employment history and details with our Company. I personally use TiNet to process payroll and execute human resource initiatives. We first enrolled with TriNet when we had approximately 25 employees in our company. This allowed us to achieve better healthcare packages for our employees and provided a team of experts in HR that we didn't have internally. We now have over 100 employees and TriNet has been able to grow with our company.
  • TriNet is full of experienced, knowledgeable and friendly resources for my staff to utilize when making key healthcare decisions for themselves and their families.
  • TriNet makes it easy for employees to view their earnings and take advantage of other opportunities such as our commuter benefits and wellness initiatives.
  • The team that I work with at TriNet has been an amazing support system in educating me around employment policies and regulations and they help me find the best possible outcome for each HR situation that I face.
  • I am very excited about the new UI, however the site can experience difficulties, particularly when using a browser other than Firefox which is not what I typically use.
  • When employees are being terminated, the state requires that a check be sent to our office so that I can hand it to them directly on their last day. On more than one occasion the check has been lost or arrived past the exit meeting.
  • With TriNet I feel confident that our company is staying within HR compliance and government regulations.
  • TriNet allows me to be efficient in payroll processing and provides visibility for employees into their wealth management.
When I onboarded with TriNet we were not considering another solution. I have been approached by other vendors but have had no desire to leave TriNet.
TriNet allows companies to offer more aggressive healthcare packages to their employees at reasonable costs. They also act as an extension of the HR or Operations department, making it easier for companies to function without full time hires in an HR role.
