Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The employee Support Center gets great reviews from our staff.
The staff members that support us as clients often need reminding / chasing and the quality of the advice is not always sufficient as a service.
Staff seems to find the benefits enrollment pretty usable and powerful for such a complex issue.
We cannot support all staff in person, so that's particularly important to us.
The interface for admin / payroll etc is good and usable.
The new switch seems good, though I'm still working out where everything is.
Overall - pleased.
Across the whole company. We're one entity with site in NYC, Chicago, the Bay, plus a # of remote staff across the USA.
We use to to manage payroll, benefits, part of our hire process, time and attendance. We were using it for performance but recently shelved that.
  • Our employee find their interface easy to navigate and use
  • The benefit rates have been highly competitive, allowing us to continue offering great health benefits to staff
  • Payroll, time and attendance etc are easy to administrate
  • Perform is an awful product. It seems to have not been tested by real users in the field and cannot so the basic UI well
  • HR policy support and guidance has been varied. We turn to others we trust more when situations are complicated
  • Transition to the non-profit vertical has been a mess / slow / frustrating
  • Holding down cost of benefits while allowing us to provide excellent benefits to staff as a hire / retention / satisfaction tool
  • Allows us to limit the internal staffing required to administrate HR admin
  • Empowers employees to make the right choices for themselves, through an easy to use interface and good comparison tools
  • ADP and Paychex
The integrated approach is great. Some of your processes that ensure staff are paid on time are invaluable.
The interface is light years ahead for staff.
The ability to offer cheaper benefits is game changing.
Positive: access to great benefits, easy to administrate payroll, pushing self-admin onto / empowering staff to self serve
Negative: performance management
