Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I have had excellent customer service as an administrator. However, some of my employees have had less than favorable interactions and responses.
One of TriNet's strengths.
We utilize a PEO to process payroll, payroll tax reporting, and to provide a variety of benefit options for our employees. It is used across our entire organization.

Pros

  • Variety of health and other benefit options for employees.
  • Ease of use for payroll processing.
  • Back end HR support.

Cons

  • Fees are high for a small organization like ours.
  • Errors, like sending out Aetna cards to employees who had not signed up for benefits, definitely cause concern in our organization.
  • Do not have to worry about payroll, payroll taxes and law changes.
  • Reliable help on HR matters.
  • Employees have numerous options for benefits; more than we could offer as an employer.
I have used Administaff in the past. TriNet compares very favorably.
We may be to0 small for TriNet. The service is very good but expensive for us. Perhaps if we had more employees, that would change.
