Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet provides the best customer service I have ever experienced from a PEO, payroll company or internally within a company. Customer service reps are highly accessible, courteous, knowledgeable. I always have a satisfying experience with TriNet as it pertains to customer service.
I have already commented that I do not especially like the Passport beta site
TriNet is basically providing HR Operations services and I have used them for employee relations/legal advice as well.

Cons

  • I do not like the Passport beta website currently. Information is difficult to obtain and is not always accurate.
  • The company is able to concentrate on the business because TriNet takes care of HR
Best Customer Service and all parts work well together...no plug in issues with respect to benefits and payroll.
TriNet is best suited for small companies who cannot afford to operate HR internally
