Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet to process our payroll as well as manage all of our employee benefits. It has been a great resource for managing all HR issues from adding new employees to advising and assisting us when we have employees that are terminated or laid off.
Pros
- They have a very efficient and responsive customer service.
- They do a very good job of keeping us informed of changes to benefits or regulations that may affect us.
- During the 4 years we have been with TriNet we have had to lay off 2 employees. TriNet did an excellent job of assisting and advising us during this process.
Cons
- The new website has been a little frustrating at times. Some days I have to log on a couple times because it keeps kicking me out as soon as I log on.
- After each payroll I have to run some reports for my records and sometimes it seems to take a long time or they don't pull and I have to try a couple times before they work.
- TriNet has helped us maintain consistency in employee benefits that are offered
- Payroll accuracy has been good
- ADP
We have found TriNet to be a much better resource and more helpful.
