Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our rep is relatively quick to answer our questions, but there was a brief stint where my emails weren't going through. It was only after I contacted his superior that he started to receive my emails. While I'm sure it was an honest mistake, it made getting certain time sensitive tasks finished on time more difficult.
It's easy to navigate.
We use TriNet for payroll, hiring/termination, and choosing healthcare benefits. Each employee has access to their personal information through the TriNet platform.

Pros

  • Processing Payroll - They make it pretty easy to process, and if for some reason one is unable to process it themselves, TriNet will process it for the company so everyone is ensured to be paid on time.
  • Communication between the company and TriNet reps - If one ever has a question or is stuck on anything, TriNet is quick to respond and solves the issue relatively quickly.
  • Makes it easy to choose your healthcare benefits. Everything is laid out in detail and once again, if for some reason there are any questions, their healthcare reps are quick to answer.

Cons

  • I sometimes have issues with employees not being able to sign in - it says you can sign in with your SSN if you forget/lose your user ID and it never seems to work.
  • Improved Payroll Accuracy
  • Made recruiting more efficient
  • Made choosing healthcare easier
They were on board with our relatively smaller company and when we needed to speak with someone, they were quick to respond. The reviews are what pushed us to the other side.
If I need steps on how to perform a certain task, our rep is quick to provide those steps, both in a detailed email and over the phone, if necessary.
