Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Always available for questions or concerns
Site is easy to use. Some of the other HR providers are complicated and unorganized.
TriNet is used across the whole organization for HR related services.

Pros

  • TriNet has the best customer service of any HR service I've worked with in the past.
  • Website is easy to navigate around and very user-friendly

Cons

  • I wish I received a notification from TriNet when my employees' log in for the first time and when they complete their I-9.
  • Improved payroll accuracy tremendously
  • Organization in the company
  • Hiring/Termination process more efficient
I recommend TriNet over any product like TriNet used in the past.
I have worked closely with Tara Grider over the past two years. She has been amazing to work with. Very organized and also available to jump on a call or look something up whenever it is needed. Great customer service!
