Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We currently use TrNet across the whole organization as our complete PEO package. TriNet is easy to manage, convenient for immediate information, and their staff assistance is fantastic.
Pros
- I love having an assigned HR consultant who is very accessible.
- The benefits package offered is always very suited for each employee.
- The online interface is excellent, both for management and for individuals.
- I love being able to pull reports quickly. TriNet has multiple categories and ways to download the information when needed.
Cons
- At this point I do not see any areas needing improvement or lacking functionality.
- Their price structure is up-front - no guessing -- so no improvement needed there.
- Our HR Capital Consultant keeps us compliant.
- Paychex and QuickBooks Premier
TriNet has better customer service than Paychex. TriNet has MUCH better prices (and transparency) than Insperity. TriNet has more features and options than QuickBooks (timekeeping service).

- Easy to see personal data, pay stubs, benefits, etc.
- Easy to update personal data.
- Service Center phone number is EASY to find, and answers are quick.
- Reporting had issues, but these have been resolved with the new website.
