Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
I am a consultant to a tech startup in the Silicon Valley, assisting them with coordinating the setup of TriNet Services (benefits and payroll) for their employees and ongoing changes/additions. We have used TriNet since the company's first payroll. We added a 401k plan a few months later. TriNet was a fast, easy way to rollout the services we needed as a new startup.
Pros
- My consultant responds quickly and with clear instructions when I have questions about the system.
Cons
- Getting specific details on a problem from a carrier has been a challenge with TriNet.
- TriNet has allowed us to easily and accurately onboard new hires.
- We've been able to attract excellent candidates with a full portfolio of health benefits and a 401k.
I like the fact that TriNet is local to the Bay Area and understands small businesses here.
