Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Akari uses TriNet for its payroll, HR, Health Benefits and 401k plan. We like using Trinet (or PEO) since it enables us to have all these services bundled together and not use 3 different companies. Plus the service is outstanding.
  • Great customer service.
  • Knowledgeable of industry trends.
  • They make my job easier by providing great products all in one place.
  • The new website is hard to follow.
  • New website differentiates the admin functions I require and my personal ones. The old site let me see all of them in one place.
Can't compare the service and dedication of its staff when assistance is required to anything else!
New website could be made easier to follow and use. Older layout was more user friendly
  • Reduces the time HR spends on administrative tasks
  • Enables us to provide multiple services to employees in one place and with one organization
TriNet is far superior to ADP and Paychex
I like having one point of contact at TriNet for all services offered.
