Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

My two main contacts within TriNet are super knowledgeable, super responsive and great to deal with.
I like the fact that 95% of my needs as both an employee and manager can be handled from the website or the mobile app.
We use TriNet for payroll, benefits, time off tracking and human resources for all three of our companies
  • Human Resources compliance questions.
  • Integration of PTO tracking with payroll.
  • Benefit offerings.
  • It might be nice if their were the ability to open a chat window with someone on the TriNet website if I had a quick question.
  • TriNet saved us money over our prior PEO provider - the fee structure was better suited for our companies.
TriNet fees worked out cheaper for us based on how our payroll is structured and was a better fit for our size organization.
In my opinion TriNet takes the place of one dedicated human resources employee.....
