Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The entire organization uses it. It addresses payroll, and benefits.

Pros

  • Excellent customer service
  • Good benefit management
  • Good communication

Cons

  • Easier and more flexible reporting
They have always been dedicated to solve any issue in a timely manner.
It is fairly user friendly.
  • Payroll and benefit management and accuracy is a plus
  • No negatives
I was able to get a reasonable rate and they are very good.
It is costly for smaller companies, which is unfortunate since it scales well.
