Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
It is our outsourced HR department for the entire company. The only problem it addresses is the need for an internal HR department.

- Process annual health benefit elections. Straightforward mechanical process with no need for insight or interpretation of data.
- Attention to detail. I have had frequent problems with my account representative regarding basic attention to detail.
- Lack of responsiveness. I have had consistent difficulty reaching my representative on the phone.
- Logical thinking. I have found that where a logical path needs to be followed from a basic fact pattern, my representative is unable to reach the correct conclusion.
- None. Basic functionality is accomplished.
- Reduce time on administrative tasks.
- Eliminate need for HR personnel.
