Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used across our organization. We primarily use it manage payroll, out of office time, and HR programs.
  • Very easy to manage payroll thru TriNet. Our company is heavy variable payout and TriNet handles salary, variable comp, and time off payroll process smoothly.
  • TriNet makes is it easy to request and track out of office time across the organization.
  • The TriNet system is quite slow from a system performance perspective. Wish it was much faster from a response perspective.
  • At times, it is difficult to get phone assistance from TriNet. Would like better response times.
Overall, we are happy with TriNet as a partner but the customer service response times could be faster.
Overall the TriNet platform is good. The primary issue we experience is slow system performance.
  • TriNet has improved our payroll process and accuracy tremendously.
  • Communicating and managing our out of office program is quite easy with TriNet.
TriNet is the only tool that we have evaluated to date.
Overall, TriNet is a good partner and provides a good platform for small companies that are just getting started.
