Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I am the office manager for the Marathon Yacht Club. I am the only user and it is used for all of our employees.
  • Their customer service is outstanding - they are always there to help and they are fast at getting you the help you might need.
  • I think the website for TriNet is very easy to use. I do not see any room for improvement right now.
Customer service is probably the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about TriNet. They are always there to serve you and help whenever needed.
Everything about the TriNet website is user friendly and makes payroll very easy to submit and process.
  • I cannot think of anything at this time.
I have used ADP and an in-house system in the past.
We have about 20 employees max at one given time...I think TriNet is perfect for our size business.
