Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

[It's being used for] Payroll and benefits for the whole organization. I don't have an HR department so this takes care of everything, especially benefits.
  • Responsiveness when I am confused.
  • Operationally sound, payroll and benefit coverage works.
  • Friendly and empathetic people to deal with.
  • Health benefit complexity.
This is their real value. I am admittedly "too dumb to own" and they walk me through the process patiently.
It works for me.
  • Payroll works well, mandatory...
  • On boarding employees is straightforward.
  • Keeps me out of compliance jail.
  • Employees like health care options.
TriNet met my needs so I didn't shop around.
Well suited for small companies like mine with little to no expertise.
