Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use Trinet for HR management, payroll, and benefits management. It makes these time consuming tasks easier and takes a lot of the workload off of our management team since we are a very small organization. TriNet has been very helpful for our team in allowing us to focus on other important tasks while trusting that our HR needs are covered.
Pros
- The setup process is nice and streamlined
- The communication from TriNet is efficient and not too intrusive.
- They help make business easier
Cons
- They could have more perks for employees
- Payrolls have been accurate and it is nice to be able to review and make changes as needed.
- The ability to add bonuses to payroll is nice.
- Hiring an HR department would cost much more and would be harder to manage than working with trinet
