Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used as our PEO for the company. It is used for payroll, benefits, and HR compliance
  • They are experts in HR subject matter
  • They are extremely responsive
  • They provide competitive insurance rates
  • The only improvement I would have suggested for TriNet over the years has been the online portal and they have been making good progress in that area recently
The Trinet team has always been very responsive.
TriNet is very functional. The largest area for improvement would have been the portal, but they have been making good progress in this area.
  • The business impact has been extremely positive I will list below. Using Trinet frees up enormous amounts of time for me to spend on other important activities.
  • Payroll administration
  • Compliance
  • Employees gave access to features typically only found at larger companies
  • Because of TriNet's purchasing power, the company receives very competitive insurance rates
I liked that TriNet is interested in doing business with small companies. With other providers, since our company is small, it seemed like the segment was not as important to them.
For small companies the solution is great. For very large companies, I would expect some functions would be done in house.
