Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet takes care of our payroll and managing our benefits ranging from 401(k) to medical, vision and dental. TriNet enables us to provide better benefits to our employees for a lower cost. Payroll is also much easier now that everything is in TriNet, instead of exporting reports and putting it on Excel for our old PEO company, we can now enter all the time ourselves in TriNet.

The customer service and support from TriNet are excellent. Every time I have a question with payroll or any human resources related questions, our reps will respond to us right away. They also assisted us with creating special payroll reports that is suited for our payroll needs. Always available when we need them.
TriNet is very easy to use for both an employee and as an administrator. With a click of a button, I can switch between and admin view and also my own employee view. Everything has its own category and then under that main category, you will find subcategories. It's also great that there is an app available to our employees which makes it convenient.

We used to use another PEO, they were much smaller and their medical insurance plan offered was way too expensive and payroll was still manual (used an Excel spreadsheet and we had to email them a spreadsheet every payroll). Since they are still more manual we had to submit reports to them and then they sent us back reports for approval which was very time-consuming. Employees did not have an app where they could view pay stubs and everything needed to be sent through our HR department. Now we have TriNet and everything seems automated and employees can now see and update their own information without having to come to us for everything.
We have a small HR team and it helps with our benefits administration. Our old PEO company was very expensive on the medical insurance end for employees. We can now provide better and affordable plans, more employees are participating in the plans which is good for the well being of each employee. They also have the TriNet marketplace which allows us to encourage a good work-life balance to our employees.
