Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used by our small organization for not only payroll processing but also PEO benefits. As a small company, it's nice to have a partner who can save us the time and effort with HR and payroll.
  • Payroll - easy to use, no fuss payroll processing.
  • Human Resources - provides flexible handbooks and compliance.
  • Benefits - as a small company it's nice to get lower rates with the whole network.
  • Reporting could be improved.
Their service team is responsive and detailed in their responses.
Their backend software is easy to use and intuitive.
  • Reduced time needed to manage payroll.
  • Eliminated hours of work monthly for payroll compliance reviews.
  • Employees love direct deposit and online access to pay stubs.
They're very similar but TriNet was an easier onboarding process.
TriNet is well suited for smaller organizations that are looking to increase productivity in their HR department.

They have very responsive and dedicated account reps that can walk you through any issues. This is very nice to have even if you're a small company.
