Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used across the entire organization to provide HR and benefits support.

Pros

  • Good outsourced HR.
  • Benefit manager.

Cons

  • Assistance understanding and comparing plans and different employee options.
Had some issues resolving some questions pertaining to various plan options.
The web portal is fairly intuitive and easy to use.
  • Improved employee satisfaction.
TriNet offered more flexibility than other competitors and at a competitive price.
TriNet does a great job of providing HR and employee benefit solutions for small and medium-sized businesses that don't have the capability or resources to bring this function in-house.
