Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet to manage our payroll, benefits, and human resources. It takes care of all the problems of legal issues and payroll issues so there is no extra work and time spent on our end. Could not be happier!

Pros

  • Having a point of contact for ANY questions pertaining to our account, or any employee issues, has been fantastic. The customer service is outstanding!
  • The fact that they handle all of the health insurance benefits and are able to locate and provide the best rates for our employees is a BIG plus!
  • Their website is extremely easy to use. Makes processing payroll a breeze!

Cons

  • Cannot think of anything...it has all been great!
The customer service from TriNet is #1. With having an appointed contact rep for our company, I am able to email or call that person directly knowing I will get a same day, if not same hour, answer. If that person is ever out of the office for any reason, every other rep there has been more than happy to assist me and has provided me with the same level of service and urgency as my appointed rep.
TriNet's "usability" is top notch. The website is so easy to navigate, and has made processing human resource issues and payroll a breeze!

  • It has made processing payroll easy, efficient, and accurate.
TriNet is well suited for the American "small business". Becoming a member of TriNet means you get all the positive benefits of a large business, without having to be one. Our employees are given extremely great insurance rates because we are part of TriNet. The cost of insurance premiums would be outrageous if we had to provide it on our own.
