Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are using TriNet in the US site only. We have 60-70 employees that are using TriNet. We use TriNet for payroll. It helps us manage all payroll payments, benefits, new hires, termination, registrations in books, annual reports, etc.
  • The system is very easy to use (especially for me as I am not a native English speaker).
  • We receive great service from our TriNet rep, they are very responsive, professional and patient.
  • We have all the data on the website needed for our annual audit in the US and IL.
  • I am sorry, I don't have any yet.
I received great service from our TriNet team, it was super responsive and professionals. We are a global company and the labor laws and the regulations are different from one site to another, in a few cases they called me to give me more details and advise per my request and I am very thankful for that.
The system is very easy to manage and use.

In the US we use just TriNet.
We received great service and advise on special issues or changes regarding employees benefits.
