Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

BlueStar Inspections usesTriNet for all of our payroll function and helps us administer benefits. Our HR department uses TriNet and every employee uses it for information regarding their pay and benefits. It helps us to be efficient and accurate with payroll and benefits and ensures we conform to legal requirements.
  • Excellent payroll processing tool.
  • Excellent payroll reminder/calendar tool.
  • Well designed website and dashboard which is intuitive to navigate.
  • Excellent customer service and availability when issues arise.
  • Random phone calls from customer service reps just checking in to see how things are going would be a good touch.
  • It seems once you are established and stabilized with TriNet there is less personal contact.
  • It would be nice to add a note next to payroll special payment entries like additional allowances so that you can make a note of what they are for.
Initially it was great, but there is very little now that we are established. However, if you call customer service they do a great job of taking care of your issues.

The TriNet product does help our small company appear much larger because of the quality. It is nice to have a partner that helps our business with regards to attracting top notch employees and keeping them.
The dashboard is easy to use and can be quickly learned. It is functional and well organized. The initial onboarding and training are thorough and detailed. Compared to other tools I have used it is definitely superior. I personally do payroll and it takes very little time and gets processed accurately and on time. I have not had any issues.
  • We use TriNet to ensure payroll accuracy, to stay within HR compliance, to address employee satisfaction and retention, to reduce the time HR spent on administrative tasks.
  • It frees up time for us to work on revenue-generating tasks.
Although over my career I have used several tools, TriNet definitely has been the overall best tool I have used. I selected TriNet as a partner because a previous employer actually used TriNet, and my paychecks were processed by TriNet. I had an employee dashboard at that time and felt it was an excellent company that had a professional touch. I was familiar with TriNet prior to actually using it as an HR partner.
They are by far the best quality HR solutions company I have worked with. They really help companies where managers wear a lot of different hats by taking this function largely off of their plate other than data entry.

They are expensive which could be difficult for a start-up company to afford.

They are excellent with compliance issues. We work in several states, and all requirements are handled seamlessly.
