Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are using TriNet for the whole organization for payroll and worker's compensation insurance.

Pros

  • Great customer service
  • Easy transactions and clear instructions when changes are made
  • Great company to trust for your payroll and taxes

Cons

  • Training on navigation new website
  • When payroll or bank problems arise, better communication on how to fix them on our end.
My representative Tracy was fabulous, quick to respond and very professional. When I asked a question, she always could guide me through it or send me information on how to fix it.
I wished they had other insurances for small business and be a one-stop-shop for the businesses that need extra liability insurance.
  • Better Utilization of human resources
TriNet is the best company I have dealt with in my professional career and they are trying to do better. I like the seminars and the help I received when we started the business. Being a small company and a start-up, TriNet provided the right services and guided us through the on-boarding process.
