Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used by our entire US-based organization. We use TriNet for our payroll, benefits and compliance matters. Being an HR department of one, TriNet also serves as an extension of human resources.

Pros

  • Payroll.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Customer support.

Cons

  • Customization of separation agreement letters. Sometimes the standard letters don't fit every situation.
From an employee standpoint, the customer support is great and issues are usually resolved in one call. For more complex issues the responsiveness and followthrough are great. From an administrator prospective, I find that I have very good support from my designated contacts when questions or issues arise.
I have always found the system very user-friendly. There have recently been updates to the system that have only enhanced its capabilities and not detracted from them which often times happens.
  • Our organization is successfully using TriNet to reduce the time HR spends on administrative tasks, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
A big distinction for me is TriNet's customer service. With a lot of PEO providers, the services they provide are very similar so things such as customer service really set one company apart from the other.
My experience so far with TriNet as a solution has made me a satisfied customer. I have and will continue to recommend them to fellow HR professionals. I'm happy with the customer service and issue resolution when situations occur. I find their benefits rates to be very competitive with multiple options. The have recently made some updates to the look and feel of their system which have improved the functionality and ease of usage.

  • The update to the reporting tool is very user friendly.
