Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet is being used by our entire US-based organization. We use TriNet for our payroll, benefits and compliance matters. Being an HR department of one, TriNet also serves as an extension of human resources.
Pros
- Payroll.

Cons
- Customization of separation agreement letters. Sometimes the standard letters don't fit every situation.
- Our organization is successfully using TriNet to reduce the time HR spends on administrative tasks, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
A big distinction for me is TriNet's customer service. With a lot of PEO providers, the services they provide are very similar so things such as customer service really set one company apart from the other.
