Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use Trinet across the whole organization. We are a small business and it allows us to free up our time and resources by handling many of our HR/payroll needs.
  • Onboarding: extremely easy to hire.
  • Payroll deductions: we have had a couple of employees in other states and the service allows us not to have to learn about the rules and nuances in every state.
  • Vacation tool
  • The website could be a little more streamlined. It is sometimes hard to find what I'm looking for and I will have to call our rep.
Our reps are so friendly, patient and helpful!
Hard to find thinks online at times.
  • It has really helped us manage time off and streamline the process.
  • We are able to offer affordable, quality benefit packages.
  • Trinet has helped us as a one-stop-shop covering 401k and workman's comp.
It is a great service for a small business as it really takes care of payroll and helps us buy into healthcare programs that we might not be able to get without TriNet.
