Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for all out benefit programs, payroll, expense reimbursements. We also use TriNet for HR services and HR compliance. The HR services have been invaluable. As a small company using TriNet brought us significant cost savings for health benefits and workers comp. Our benefits offerings are competitive with much larger companies.

  • The phone app is a great tool and is easier for employees to use than the web version.
  • A dedicated HR point person for the organization.
  • The web version of the TriNet portal can be difficult to navigate.
  • More self-service functionality to on-board employees.
  • Continue improvements to the reporting tool.
TriNet has functioned as our HR lead, making sure we were in compliance, generating the employee handbook, making sure that employee notices were posted and helping us deal with any employee issues. This has been a great service.

The TriNet portal has been an invaluable tool for the employees to get benefits information and to locate other offerings from the TriNet marketplace.
The TriNet portal has been good to use. Information is easily locatable and is clear and well written. Just having everything benefits related "under one roof" has been a huge improvement from our former system with various vendors, logins etc. The web portal has been getting better and better.

The phone app is get for everyday use by employees. It is very easy for them to request time off, see PTO balances and get benefit information.

  • Our benefits offering are extremely competitive with much larger companies - key to recruiting and retaining key talent.
  • The recruiting tool was good but could be better integrated into the HR side.
We found the offerings from TriNet to be richer and very cost competitive with those from other PEOs. The cost difference between any PEO and having a broker put together a package is significant.

The integration that the portal offers is a huge benefit to the employees and takes a lot of the overhead out of on-boarding employees.

TriNet is great for smaller companies who to not want to resources to HR and benefits administration. The benefits packages TriNet offers are rich.

The employees have taken to using the TriNet portal to find answers to benefits questions or using the dedicated support center. Questions are answered quickly by the support center via phone or chat.

TriNet also made it easy for us to hire employees in other states in the US which can be a time consuming task to administrate.

As a company grows in size to beyond 150-200 employees doing a cost analysis of TriNet vs building out the in-house team would have merit.
