Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for all out benefit programs, payroll, expense reimbursements. We also use TriNet for HR services and HR compliance. The HR services have been invaluable. As a small company using TriNet brought us significant cost savings for health benefits and workers comp. Our benefits offerings are competitive with much larger companies.
Pros
- Integrated platform for all services - health benefits, expense reimbursements, retirement accounts.
- The phone app is a great tool and is easier for employees to use than the web version.
- A dedicated HR point person for the organization.
Cons
- The web version of the TriNet portal can be difficult to navigate.
- More self-service functionality to on-board employees.
- Continue improvements to the reporting tool.
- Allowed us to streamline HR processes and eliminate headcount in that group.
- Our benefits offering are extremely competitive with much larger companies - key to recruiting and retaining key talent.
- The recruiting tool was good but could be better integrated into the HR side.
We found the offerings from TriNet to be richer and very cost competitive with those from other PEOs. The cost difference between any PEO and having a broker put together a package is significant.
The integration that the portal offers is a huge benefit to the employees and takes a lot of the overhead out of on-boarding employees.
