Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet through the whole business. We use TriNet for payroll only at this time.
  • When an employee has a question or concern TriNet is prompt to respond with an answer.
  • If I ever need any paperwork or help with anything I don't hesitate to call TriNet.
  • All Trinet employees are courteous and knowledgeable.
  • The only thing as of right now I'd like to see is being able to access w-2's from the app.
Any questions I have had TriNet has always explained things to me where it was very easy to understand and follow.
The app and web page are very easy to maneuver through and pretty self explanatory.
  • My employees have been satisfied with the overall products and information TriNet offers.
TriNet has kept us up to date with all options that are offered for whatever we may need.
Before TriNet I did my own payroll and bookkeeping.
I would definitely recommend TriNet to anyone looking for a good HR company. They are very helpful in all aspects.
