Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet with our finance department to manage the salary and with the HR department to manage social benefits such as healthcare plans and compliance with local regulations - such as employee handbook for each state we have an employee in, new employee job proposals, etc.
  • Healthcare plans - we get healthcare plans of equivalent to a much larger company.
  • Salary processing - doing the job well.
  • Employee handbooks - no need to worry what are the local state regulations with regards to employee employment, TriNet helps with that!
  • Salary system is a bit complicated and can use some more flexibility.
They helped with the on-boarding and with EVERY issue we had. Some of our employees that use their system are not from the US, so if they had professional assistance in a different time zone it would have been great.
Easy to use.
  • Helped us stay within HR compliance.
  • Enabled us to perform much more accurate and frequent payroll cycles.
  • Helped us in offering healthcare benefits to our employees.
Helped us with getting all of the required reports for the loan for small businesses.
None offered an holistic solution.
For an international company that need US presence in the highest standards they are the BEST.
