Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use Trinet to administer payroll and benefits. We have employees working all over the country right now so it's very important that Trinet is able to help us with administering all payroll related line items as legally appropriate in each state. We also use Trinet for benefits which we otherwise would not know how to handle.

Implementation was great and easy. Benefits help was spot on. Our account manager has been slow to respond to specific problems that have arisen.
Payroll is straightforward, as are benefits. Report building can be confusing.

We were given tips on how to apply for the COVID relief package, but we did not qualify so cannot comment on this.
Trinet is great for HR compliance, administering payroll, and benefits administration. For creating reports it can be confusing. At times we had specific questions regarding employee hiring/termination and our account manager was far too slow (think weeks) in responding. As far as benefits administration, it is very easy to use and employees have no complaints.
