Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet across our whole organization. All of our onboarding as well as standard payroll is processed on it.

  • Pay changes.
  • Responsiveness.
  • Integrations with other software can be challenging.
Our TriNet representative is highly responsive, and the help phone numbers are attended by intelligent professionals who tell you what you need to know quickly and kindly. I know every time I reach out that I'll get the right answer back and enough context to fully understand exactly why the solution offered makes sense for my situation. There is a focus on professionalism that is crucial.
The functionality of the website is easy to navigate and logically ordered to help users at any skill level. The background knowledge of always having a person I can call is reassuring for the more complicated functions like international payroll and legal disclosures. Most of the firms we work with utilize APIs as an add on to TriNet and some of them work well, others have been problematic.

We are a startup and needed to conserve cash as the world shut itself down. By working with our payroll specialist at TriNet we were able to optimize our cash flow, stay within compliance in each state we operate in, and know exactly how best to change things when the time was right. TriNet eployees were well informed, helpful, and very sympathetic to our needs.
We chose TriNet because of the clear customer service satisfaction focus of the entire company. I have yet to meet anyone from TriNet that doesn't take their job and responsibilities so seriously that they can handle anything. Given the levels of ever-increasing complexity in hiring and benefits knowing TriNet stands behind everything I have to do take a huge weight off my shoulders so I can go and build my business.
As a startup with a distributed workforce, having a partner who could understand compliance across multiple states was crucial. TriNet was easily able to onboard new employees as well as update payroll quickly and efficiently.
