We use TriNet across our whole organization. All of our onboarding as well as standard payroll is processed on it.
Our TriNet representative is highly responsive, and the help phone numbers are attended by intelligent professionals who tell you what you need to know quickly and kindly. I know every time I reach out that I'll get the right answer back and enough context to fully understand exactly why the solution offered makes sense for my situation. There is a focus on professionalism that is crucial.
The functionality of the website is easy to navigate and logically ordered to help users at any skill level. The background knowledge of always having a person I can call is reassuring for the more complicated functions like international payroll and legal disclosures. Most of the firms we work with utilize APIs as an add on to TriNet and some of them work well, others have been problematic.
