Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It allows our team to directly control HR/Insurance. It allows for less overhead and is a low maintenance solution for our small team. It is very well received by our staff. We have remote works and it's really easy for them to control their own insurance without having to be in a central corporate office.

TriNet support has been very good. Response rates are quick and issues are resolved typically in one interaction, which is really important if you don't have a full-time HR person associated with the business. Managers can support their teams if they are remote, which is important these days. We have had no issues with accuracy so far.
Users are able to use self serve options. HR managers have an intuitive system that doesn't require additional training after the initial session.

It hasn't really done much for pandemic support. We needed some PPP loan docs that weren't easy to pull from TriNet, unfortunately.
Way better and easier to navigate than ADP.
Small business where your team needs access to multiple insurance options. If you don't have a full HR team, you can still provide great benefits through TriNet. Remote workers are supported with self-service options. All documents are stored electronically, reducing the need for files and centralized data storage in a corporate office.
