Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is our PEO provider.

Pros

  • Access via chat; good hours.
  • Access via phone; good hours.
  • Access to good resources.

Cons

  • It would be helpful to have a designated account rep/manager again. This was taken away last year.
  • Sometimes it takes several days to get an initial response from Connect360.
Getting a response from Connect360 can sometimes take a few days and sometimes the case gets bounced around between several different areas.
I find the platform fairly user friendly.
