Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for Payroll and some HR services.

Pros

  • User friendly platform.
  • Easy employee setup.
  • Good international visa counseling and services.

Cons

  • Customer service - preferred having a dedicated manager that I could call for all issues.
  • Show DOH on the first page for employee so do not have to search for it.
  • When running payroll - have a warning if you have forgotten to enter hours for an hourly employee.
Much better before the change to centralized customer service. Since the change response time has been really slow.
The user platform is very user friendly.
Our operations were not affected during COVID.
TriNet's platform is easier to use.
The only thing that would make me wary in recommending TriNet is the recent change to centralizing customer service.
