Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet to process payroll for two companies. We have our health benefits, 401k and HR support from TriNet. The managers in each department manage the staffs hours in time and attendance after the employees use either the clock or the app to enter their time. I use the platform to run all of our payroll, HR and interface reports.
- The ease of using the time and attendance.
- The efficiency of the payroll system.
- Timing of processing payroll.
- The HR support team is knowledgeable and responsive.
- Report writing is not easy.
- I cannot use multi-company reporting because I am not an employee of the second company.
- We were a new organization, TriNet made the start up easy having all of the information in one place.
- The platform has made it easy for employees to be self sufficient and for me to help them with information they need.
- Payroll accuracy has improved with the time and attendance system.
Trinet gave us up to date information on best practices dealing with HR issues and Covid as well as helping with calculating the amounts available for credits. They were very helpful in answering all questions and providing guidance with FFCRA pay and processing.

Trinet is more responsive and has more resources available for HR and payroll support.
