Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet handles all payroll and benefits for my company.

Pros

  • Customer service.

Cons

  • I think it's very expensive for a one-employee organization.
They've been super responsive.
It's very easy to use.
  • TriNet has helped us get good payroll and benefits.
  • The only negative is that it's expensive.
Yes.. TriNet helped us figure out if we were eligible for PPP.
The company seems very efficient and friendly.
