Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet handles all our HR needs from payroll, to health insurance to the HR issues around employees.

Pros

  • Health insurance options are terrific.
  • It is easy to call the dedicated rep with questions.
  • Payroll is easy to administer once it is set up.

Cons

  • Making payroll changes can be confusing.
  • On boarding new employees isn't as straight forward as I would like.
  • The cost can be prohibitive.
Whenever I have a question, I am able to get my representative on the phone. I find that to be very helpful.
It would be a 10 except for the non intuitive aspect of making payroll changes.
  • TriNet handles the HR issues for my firm so we can focus on our business.
  • The health insurance options are excellent.
TriNet's emails on COVID regulations in CA have been helpful.
We didn't look at any other PEO's other than TriNet.
TriNet offers a full suite for all HR needs for smaller companies.
