TriNet handles all our HR needs from payroll, to health insurance to the HR issues around employees.

Pros and Cons

Health insurance options are terrific.
It is easy to call the dedicated rep with questions.
Payroll is easy to administer once it is set up.

Making payroll changes can be confusing.
On boarding new employees isn't as straight forward as I would like.
The cost can be prohibitive.

Whenever I have a question, I am able to get my representative on the phone. I find that to be very helpful.

It would be a 10 except for the non intuitive aspect of making payroll changes.

TriNet's emails on COVID regulations in CA have been helpful.

Alternatives Considered

We didn't look at any other PEO's other than TriNet.
