Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our firm utilizes TriNet for HR and payroll. As a small business, TriNet helps us to focus on our clients and employees by ensuring we are operating within current employee and tax regulations.
  • Real-time employee laws, benefits, etc.
  • Simplifies payroll and taxes.
  • Customer relationship.
  • Provides useful and timely resources.
  • Reports and analytics were not user-friendly. However, we're aware of the changes made recently.
We receive real-time responses to questions and concerns when using the website chat, telephone, and via our CRM.
TriNet continues to evolve its website to be more user-friendly for administrative use and for ease of use as employee.
  • Payroll and taxes.
  • Maintaining HR compliance.
TriNet was our go-to for all things Covid related.
