Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet in both Canada and USA for all PEO, Payroll, Benefit and HR solutions.
  • TriNet has made too many mistakes from my experience. There is no accountability for anything they've done wrong in my opinion.
  • I feel TriNet doesn't take the time to explain things
  • TriNet reps dont get back to anyone in a timely manner from my experience
I'd give them .5 if that was an option. The platform is as frustrating as their customer service. Reports are missing information. Impossible to get answers in a timely manner.
Very poor. Any tax questions take weeks to get answered. Any other questions take days.....and sometimes never unless a follow up email is sent to a manager. Chat is pointless - even the simplest of questions require a case number for someone else to answer.

anything else is not in their wheelhouse.
